Once matched, you’ll communicate directly with your stylist for service details, scheduling, and payment.
3. Independent Locticians
All stylists listed or matched through Loc Guide Nia are independent professionals.
While we verify basic information and reviews, Loc Guide Nia does not employ, manage, or supervise these locticians. Each stylist is responsible for:
- Setting their own prices, policies, and availability
- Performing their services professionally
- Complying with all local health and business regulations
We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or dissatisfaction that may arise between you and your chosen stylist.
4. Appointments & Deposits
When booking through your stylist:
- Appointment times, deposits, and cancellation policies are set by your stylist directly.
- Some stylists may require a refundable or non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
- Any payment or refund requests should be handled directly with your stylist.
If a stylist does not honor your booking, please contact us at info@locguidenia.com, and we’ll review the issue.
5. User Responsibilities

6. Communication & Text Messaging
By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive messages from Loc Guide Nia and your matched loctician.
These messages may include appointment updates, pricing info, and helpful hair care tips.
You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.
7. Disclaimer
Loc Guide Nia strives to connect you with trusted, skilled locticians — but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from any stylist services.
Use of our platform is at your own discretion and risk.
We do not warrant that:
- Every stylist will be available in your area
- The services will meet every individual expectation
- Our website will always be error-free or uninterrupted
8. Limitation of Liability
